Power Related Issues

The speaker doesn’t turn on for a few reasons

1. Battery
2. Charging Cable
3. Circuit board

Troubleshooting :

• Plug the charger and check for light indication, If no light, follow Step 1. If the charging light is lit, follow step 2

      • Try a different wall socket
      • Try a different Charger and Wall adapter
      • Plug the charger and hold the Power button for 30secs
   2. STEP 2
      • Plug the charger and hold the Power button for 30secs
      • Unplug the charger and hold the Power button for 30secs

If Step 1 or Step 2 doesn’t resolve the issue. Please email the below details with the findings to check the warranty
